Underpasses may be flooded. Roads and streets may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 850 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended, however 2 to locally in excess of 3 inches of rain has fallen in the warning area. Water level gauges along Deer Creek, Lansing Ditch and Hart Ditch indicate high water levels, with flooding likely in and around these streams, as well as low lying and poor drainage areas. Expect water levels to gradually recede this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
